Each of Texas’ 1,200 school districts and 8,800 schools report extensive data on discipline each year to the Texas Education Agency, including the number of students suspended and out-of-school suspensions issued. To see suspension data from 2018-19 for any district or school, type its name in the search bar below.

For context, the state’s average suspension rate is 7 issued per 100 students, and 4 percent of students were suspended at least once last school year. The TEA does not provide data for schools and districts that reported fewer than 10 suspensions total.
